Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team at Grand Canyon National Park in Grand Canyon, Arizona. As an HR Generalist, you will support the HR team and focus on fostering positive labor and employee relations among teams, monitoring trends, and proposing constructive solutions.

Responsibilities:- Assist with the administrative functions of new hire and return to work onboarding, new hire orientation, and training; administer training attendance tracking, and enter new hires in the HRIS
- Navigate employee and labor relations matters thoroughly and promptly in accordance with applicable laws and contract requirements
- Assist the HR team with benefits and coordinate new hire paperwork for the unions and all new hires
- Assist with providing direction and guidance to managers and team members on HR issues, including recruitment, employee relations, corrective counseling, policy interpretation, legal compliance, compensation, and benefits programs
- Minimum of 2 years’ HR experience
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Spanish bi-lingual preferred
- Hold valid driver’s license
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and time management skills
