THE BASICS:

We are hiring an entry-level HR - Human Resources Intern for a part‑time role with flexible scheduling and competitive pay of $23 – $25 per hour. This part-time internship will run from June 1 through August 14. You will work three days per week on a flexible schedule that supports both your academic and personal commitments.

 

THE TYPE OF HR - HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Rising senior or student graduating in May 2026
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment

 

What You Will Do:

As an entry-level HR - Human Resources Intern, you will spend your days supporting the HR Manager and contributing to essential HR functions that keep the department running smoothly. You will organize, scan, and maintain employee personnel files while ensuring all records remain accurate and up to date. You will track employee attendance, call‑outs, and timekeeping information, helping maintain reliable data for the team. You will assist with resume screening and coordinate steps in the candidate selection process, while also maintaining recruitment and hiring tracking systems. You will prepare documentation and materials for new hire onboarding and help administer employee recognition and rewards programs. Throughout the week, you will also perform general administrative and operational tasks that support the HR department's overall workflow.
