About this role
Crane Currency has a Fall 2026 opportunity for a college student to gain hands-on experience in our Human Resources department Talent Management team. This part time role is onsite and based out of Nashua, New Hampshire. During school breaks hours will adjust to up to 40 hours a week.

How you will make an impact: Our program is designed to give you the chance to make a true impact on the business. You will have a direct effect by means of the following projects:
Contribute to developing materials for branding and social media
Participate in recruiting process, assisting with sourcing and screening candidates
Assist in building the pipeline for strategic roles
Knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: You must currently be enrolled in a degree program with an accredited school to be eligible for consideration.
Required:
Pursuing a BS or BA degree in Business, HR Management, or similar degree aligning with accountabilities
Work experience in a customer-facing environment a plus Fluent in English, ability to clearly communicate both in writing and verbally
Must hold sensitive information with strict confidentiality
Must be US Citizen as required to obtain and maintain position of Public Trust
Preferred:
Customer facing work experience.
Two to three years of college course work for business or human resources.
