We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Junior Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is critical to supporting our communities by ensuring open positions are filled quickly with quality candidates.

Position Summary

The Junior Recruiter is responsible for managing multiple open roles simultaneously, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, and partnering with hiring managers to drive fast and effective hiring outcomes.

You will play a key role in maintaining strong applicant flow, organized pipelines, and consistent follow-up to ensure no candidate is missed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple open requisitions across various communities and roles

  • Source candidates through job boards, ATS (Apploi), and outreach efforts

  • Review applications and conduct phone screenings

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate pipelines in the ATS

  • Ensure timely follow-up with all applicants (no gaps in communication)

  • Update and optimize job postings to improve applicant flow

  • Partner with leadership to prioritize urgent hiring needs

  • Support group interviews, hiring events, and recruitment campaigns

  • Track recruiting activity and help improve time-to-fill and applicant flow

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of recruiting, HR, or high-volume coordination experience (preferred)

  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Strong communication and follow-up discipline

  • Ability to learn and navigate ATS systems (Apploi preferred)

  • A sense of urgency and accountability for filling roles quickly
