HR Recruiter

Hood Container Corporation is seeking an HR Professional to primarily support full-cycle recruitment & provide support around employee development programs across the company. This position has the option to be remote within the East/Central U.S. Time Zones and should have ability to travel as needed. 

How you will contribute: 

• Manage and prioritize a heavy volume of salary and hourly requisitions.
• Manage full cycle recruiting processes, as well as assist with the development of recruiting strategies, processes, and tools.
• Support and manage diverse sourcing strategies, including referral generation, job advertisements, direct sourcing tools, and strategic industry partners.
• Become an expert within our Application Tracking System (ATS) - ADP to provide training & improvement opportunities within the recruitment process.
• Support administration and management of HR & Employee programs (e.g. Training, Performance Reviews, or Employee Recognition)
• Opportunity to grow with regards to HR Project Management

What it takes: 

• Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment for hourly & salary level roles
• Experience providing HR support within a manufacturing environment
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn or Indeed
• Administration experience with ATS and LMS platform
• Experience in the corrugated industry is preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, & organizational skills
• Early Adopter of technology for productivity & automation is a plus
