About this role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and hire top talent across the organization. Creating a strong pipeline (present and future needs) depending on strategic business needs for talent sourcing and working in partnership with operations and corporate office management. This role partners with hiring managers to define job requirements, source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

 

  1. Minimum experience and requirements:

 

  • Bilingual: English and Spanish
  • Ballelors degree or 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Experience hiring for both exempt and non-exempt roles is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to deliver impactful presentations to large groups and one-on-one.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms (e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter)

 

  1. KEY COMPETENCIES:
    You will be responsible for driving the results and development of the organization. To be successful in this role, you must have at least the following key competencies:

 

  • Keep up to date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
  • Provide recruitment reports for team managers.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned positions (from job posting to offer acceptance).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates using a variety of methods (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.).
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for fit and qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline).
  • Support employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience.
  • The agreed-upon schedule for this position will be Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Work Demands

  • May require occasional travel for recruitment events.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
  • Occasional lifting or moving of materials (up to 15–20 lbs.), such as displays for recruitment events
