About this role
Responsibilities:
Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards and internal databases
Review resumes and help screen applicants for open roles
Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with candidates, TA Specialists and hiring managers
Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System, Workday as needed
Support employer branding initiatives, including social media posts and job description updates
Participate in career fairs, recruiting events, and onboarding activities
Help with ongoing projects, including updating database of high school industrial education instructors and technical college diesel instructor contacts
Qualifications:
Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources
Current GPA of 3.0 or higher strongly preferred
Strong organization and attention to detail required
Excellent communication skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to effectively handle multiple assignments/project components simultaneously
Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
Self-motivated with a strong drive and sense of urgency
Minimum Physical Requirements:
Standing, walking, sitting, using hands, talking, hearing
Working conditions are indoor and quiet

The pay range for this position is
$17.47 to $20.95Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
