We are currently looking for a Full Time HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Area of HR DH and FS Talent Acquisition team located at the Carl Albert Service Center working 8:00AM-5:00PM - Mo Tu We Th Fr.
Summary:
Responsibilities:
* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
* Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
* Perform administrative functions based on understanding HR policies and procedures. Many of these functions are confidential in nature and require insight into the why as well as the how and accurately communicate these policies to individuals at all levels of the organization
* Works collaboratively with Preboarding, Recruiting and Generalist teams to ensure smooth in-processing for new hires
* Confers with management to gain knowledge of specific work situations requiring training employees to better understand policies, procedures, regulations, technologies and human relations
* Assists with selecting or developing interview training aides, computer tutorials and resource materials
* Conducts appropriate post-orientation assessments to measure and/or monitor effectiveness of the orientation program(s)
* Coordinates with the appropriate departmental managers to receive their new hires upon completion of facility-level orientation
* Assists employees with Chickasaw Employee Experience questions as needed
* Assists hiring managers with hiring questions as needed
* Performs all other duties as assigned
