Description:
This position will focus on the following Core Areas: Hiring, HR Generalist, Compensation and Benefits, and the following Rotational areas: HR Metrics, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Employee Development, “Shadow tasks”/project assistance on an as-needed basis.
Future potential Core Areas could include: Corporate Events, Recognition and Award Programs and HRIS and HR Operations. Future potential Rotational areas: Corporate Communication/Redesign Website, HR Budget, Employment Law and Compliance, Employee Retention, “Shadow tasks”/project assistance on an as-needed basis.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- 1-2 years experience in Human Resources
- Ability to make a two year commitment to the program
- Project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

This is a full-time position working days/eves and some weekends.
