Description:
This position will focus on the following Core Areas: Hiring, HR Generalist, Compensation and Benefits, and the following Rotational areas: HR Metrics, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Employee Development, “Shadow tasks”/project assistance on an as-needed basis.
- 1-2 years experience in Human Resources
- Ability to make a two year commitment to the program
- Project management skills

- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

This is a full-time position working days/eves and some weekends.
