Position: HR Administrator / Receptionist
Location: 2473 W. 2950 N., Salt Lake City, UT 84116
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Reports To: HR Director


Position Summary

Bridor USA is seeking an HR Administrator / Receptionist to support daily front desk operations and human resources activities at our Salt Lake City facility. This role serves as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and applicants while assisting with onboarding, compliance, and general HR administration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist employees, visitors, vendors, and applicants
  • Answer and route incoming calls and emails
  • Manage visitor check-in, badging, and facility access
  • Process applications and support onboarding activities
  • Create badges and manage employee lockers
  • Coordinate uniforms, safety shoes, and PPE (GMP compliance)
  • Conduct locker audits and document findings
  • Assist with payroll verification for agency employees
  • Respond to employee inquiries (policies, benefits, procedures)
  • Coordinate interviews, orientations, training sessions, and meetings
  • Support employee communications, events, and postings
  • Maintain office and HR supply inventory
  • Monitor medical and child support orders

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree or HR-related coursework preferred
  • 1–3 years of administrative, receptionist, or HR support experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Basic knowledge of HR and payroll processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Work Environment

  • Industrial bakery setting with time spent on the production floor
  • Must be comfortable in a manufacturing environment
