\tParticipate in A3 problem solving and contribute new ideas to support continuous improvement in overall services of HR team.\n
\tAdminister employee information changes and ensure data integrity in HR systems (e.g., Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Learning Management System (LMS), and Talent Management Systems (TMS)), including:\no\tCreate and generate reports.\no\tMaintain electronic personnel files to ensure legal compliance and manage records retention.\no\tAssist in HR related audit requests.\n

\tAdminister and coordinate benefits orientation. Disseminate benefits and company policy communications.\no\tMaintain up-to-date benefits knowledge to support employees (e.g., leaves of absence, auto allowances, and vacations).\no\tSupport Benefits open enrollment process.\n
\tGenerate and compile data and reports in support of HRIS analysis and Availability & Needs meetings.\n
\tParticipate in Talent Management processes:\no\tAssist in coordination of performance/career development reviews and ‘dry-run’ processes.\no\tProvide end-user support and assist in preparing training.\n
\tTraining:\no\tManage administrative pre-event materials, programs, and logistics for training events; assist in preparation for HR-related lunch and learns.\no\tConduct follow-up on required learning, manage training rosters, and report on training activities.\no\tSupport development of annual BU training plan.\n
