Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and develop staff members to ensure high-quality care and service to our residents
Develop and implement effective human resources policies and procedures to support our staff and optimize operations
Collaborate with management and clinical teams to ensure seamless delivery of social services and support to our residents
Conduct resident assessments, develop care plans, and provide individualized support to meet unique needs and circumstances
Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and healthcare providers to enhance our services and partnerships
Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, making data-driven decisions to improve services and quality of care
Foster a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empathy, ensuring that all individuals receive dignified and compassionate care
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Work, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 0 years of experience in human resources, social services, or a related field
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
Familiarity with relevant federal and state regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices
