At Analysis Group (AG), the HR Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team in fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workforce. Working closely with HRBPs and cross-functional HR teams, the HR Assistant helps coordinate and execute core HR processes across talent management, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
This role provides day-to-day operational and administrative support to the HRBP team and ensures the accuracy and integrity of HR data and systems. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion in handling sensitive information, and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate aspects of new hire onboarding, including assigning new hires to managers, assisting with initial staffing assignments for new hires, and analyzing new hire statistics to share with the broader HRBP team.
- Draft and prepare employee agreements, including separation agreements, remote work agreements, graduate school sponsorship agreements, and temporary consultant agreements.
- Support mid-year and year-end performance review cycles by preparing materials, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics.
- Assist with firm-wide staffing processes, including preparing weekly staffing survey materials and analyzing utilization reports.
- Monitor and triage the HR inbox, responding to or routing requests, including those related to terminations, transfers, remote work arrangements, and performance reviews.
- Attend annual performance review and other HR-related meetings and document key discussions, decisions, and action items.
- Coordinate and support HR programs and events, including employee workshops, cohort meetings, and onboarding sessions, by managing scheduling, logistics, and communication with presenters.
- Provide project and operational support to HRBPs, including generating HRIS reports, conducting research, coordinating meetings, and performing basic data analysis.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee data across HR systems and ensure data integrity in all reporting and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 0–2 years of relevant professional experience (internships or HR experience preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required; experience with Workday is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in HR data and reporting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and adapt to changing priorities.

Analysis Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000–$55,000. Compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including work experience, education, and skill level.
