Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Clove Lakes Health Care and Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our human resources functions. Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing
Assist with recruitment efforts, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files
Respond to employee inquiries and resolve basic HR-related issues
Support employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution
Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma required; some college or equivalent experience in HR or a related field preferred
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications
