Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Clove Lakes Health Care and Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our human resources functions. Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files

• Respond to employee inquiries and resolve basic HR-related issues

• Support employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution

• Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; some college or equivalent experience in HR or a related field preferred

• Strong administrative and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications
