About this role

The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing office help for Human Resources.

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Assist Human Resources team with office operations, including, but not limited to: data management, employee relations, talent management, onboarding & orientation.

● Collaborate with Human Resources to facilitate special projects and events:

-Assist with celebrations and morale-boosting events
-File retention and maintenance
-Creating onboarding materials
-Maintaining and developing Sponsored Employee files
-Organizational projects, ex: supply and storage rooms
-Mailings
-Mail dispersal
-Attending to the front desk, phone & greeting
-Scanning
-Facilitating tech/key & card returns from exiting staff and faculty

● Other duties as assigned by Human Resources professional staff

Qualifications:

● Preferred, but not limited to, human resources, business or psychology majors

● Ability to work on a fast-paced timeline and meet communication deadlines

● Ability to work creatively and collaborate with various input from staff

● Ability to learn internal systems such as our training portal, HRIS, and background check portal

● Demonstrated success in maintaining organization

Days of the Week to Work: 3-5

Anticipated Time Frames to Work: 9 am - 3 pm
