Job Description:Responsibilities:
- Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations
- Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions
- Provides new hire orientation
- Reconciles benefits statements
- Responds to HR-related queries within PSI
- Prepares new employee files, and updates employee files on an ongoing basis
- Assists with processing of terminations
- Keeps up to date with the current employment laws
- Maintains confidentiality of employee data.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in HR; industry experience a plus
- Knowledge of employment laws and general human resources practices
- Experience in HRIS and database systems is a plus
- Good understanding of benefits in country/region
