SUMMARY: Responsible for providing support to all departments, with specific duties in Human Resources that include administrative and clerical assistance for the Human Resources Department. Greets and assists all incoming Guests and Team Members as they arrive and depart.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)
Handles all incoming telephone communications in a cordial and helpful tone of voice, taking accurate messages as needed, and routes to the appropriate department or person.
Assists with general inquiries regarding directions to Black Oak Casino Resort along with general Resort information.
Answers routine inquiries on available positions along with assisting Guests with application process.
Collects, sorts, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail.
Scans and updates Team Member electronic personnel files.
Performs clerical functions, types letters, proposals, and reports, and distributes as needed.
Performs tracking and redemption of Team Member incentive programs.
Performs data entry into Human Resources systems.
Provides excellent guest service to internal and external Guests.
Helps facilitate communication by creating internal marketing and informational posts to electronic bulletin boards, internet, and departmental social media sites.
Operates and maintains a variety of office equipment.
