The Role
Our Corporate Functions Human Resources Team in Billerica, MA is seeking a Human Resources Co-Op to join our team for the Fall 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.
In this role, you will partner with the Corporate Functions HR Business Partner Team to support a variety of HR projects and processes with the goal of helping streamline and improve the way that we operate as a team and provide support to our business clients.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Corporate Functions HR team meetings and shared documents.
- Track the progress of the Corporate Functions HR team goals and help remove roadblocks.
- Track progress of Corporate Functions HR SLRP Projects and help support progress.
- Develop a standard process for Executive Onboarding.
- Provide support to the HRBPs on Workday transactions/job postings.
- Assist with employee investigations as a note taker
- Conduct virtual new hire onboarding sessions
- Provide HR Support for Billerica, MA Bldg 3 (onboarding, employee events, employee signage, etc.)
- Support other HR projects or initiatives as assigned
What We Seek
- Previous HR internship or project experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments
- Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and active listening
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- May 2027 or later graduation date
Eligibility:
Must be a currently enrolled student
Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in mid-May/June through August/September.
Must be familiar with the university’s requirements to participate in a co-op program

Compensation: $20-$32 hourly range with actual pay dependent on graduation year and candidate skillset
