What You'll Do

Coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth new hire experience

Maintain employee records and support HR compliance

Assist with recruitment, job postings, and initial candidate screenings

Partner with department leaders to address staffing needs

Help organize training and support employee development initiatives

Respond to employee questions regarding policies and procedures
