As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring HR processes are followed confidentially, accurately and consistently, with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations support, and documentation. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who values precision, responsiveness, and adaptability in a fast-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring processes are completed accurately and on time
- Coordinate Employee Orientation and new hire documentation with strong attention to detail and compliance
- Provide employee relations support, assisting with HR investigations, serving as a trusted point of contact, and responding to inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
- Ensure HR processes and procedures are followed regularly throughout the employee lifecycle and are accurately documented
- Recognize sensitive or escalated situations and apply appropriate HR processes or escalate as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience providing accurate, timely, and process-driven HR support
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, coordination, and onboarding
- Experience supporting employee relations matters and assisting with HR investigations
- Working knowledge of core HR functions, including confidentiality and basic HR practices
- Ability to consistently follow established processes and meet deadlines
- Excellent judgment, professionalism, and communication skills

Requirements
- High School diploma or relevant college coursework, degree, or certification preferred
- Minimum 1-year experience in Human Resources related role (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and confidentiality
- Ability to adapt quickly and effectively as policies, procedures, and systems change
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, consistency, with sense of urgency
