Human Resources Coordinator We are immediately hiring for a Human Resources Coordinator in our Human Resources Department in North Little Rock, AR. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

Responsible for performing Human Resources related duties in leave management, benefits administration, and other Human Resources projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with administration Leave of Absence process (PLOA, MLOA, and FMLA), determining if/when LOA is applicable, sending all required communication to employees on LOA, keeping tracking systems current, and reviewing medical documentation to confirm when an employee can return to work.
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism and customer service, while assisting with distributing all switchboard phone calls to the correct person or department.
  • Maintain benefit records in the Workday HRIS system by auditing integrated enrollments, manually entering benefit changes or updates, and work with third party vendors to review monthly audits and new enrollment files to ensure accurate records.
  • Responsible for sending out daily employee anniversary announcements, ordering necessary anniversary plaques, sending email bulletins

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, etc. Equivalent to a four-year college degree, plus 7 to 11 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  In addition to these requirements, experience with Workday and leave management is strongly preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Normal working conditions as found within an office setting, wherein there is controlled temperature and a low noise level, plus a minimum of distractions.
