Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, including scheduling and assigning orientation courses, preparing welcome packets, and collaborating with relevant departments to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Clearly explain company HR policies, benefits, and procedures to new employees and job applicants.
  • Manage electronic employee packets, onboarding documentation, and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Compile and prepare reports and documents related to personnel activities, including weekly and monthly updates.
  • Ensure all onboarding practices adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for new hires, addressing questions and concerns to foster a positive onboarding experience.
  • Input new hire credentials into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and generate necessary reports.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the onboarding process based on feedback from new hires and internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on results.
  • Capable of maintaining effective interactions and productivity in stressful situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with co-workers, supervisors, and management.
  • Ability to develop and assess alternative solutions to problems and select the most effective course of action.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor�s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least one year of experience in Human Resources, with a preference for experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in English (read, speak, and write) is required.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, and Internet research.
