HR Coordinator

(Remote US)

Overview:

Constellation Real Estate Group is part of the Andromeda portfolio within Constellation Software Inc. (CSI). It includes the Constellation1 and Constellation Data Labs family of businesses, which provide software solutions and technology services to real estate professionals—including agents, brokerages, MLSs, associations, and real estate technology companies across North America.

We are hiring an HR Coordinator to support the growing teams across these businesses. In this role, you will provide operational support to the HR function, working closely with employees, managers, and the broader HR team to help support day-to-day HR processes, maintain accurate employee data, and contribute to a positive and consistent employee experience.

Job Responsibilities:

HR Operations

  • Process and manage employee changes such as reporting structure, compensation updates and promotions

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee profiles within the HRIS (Workday), ensuring data integrity and compliance

  • Support periodic audits and data reviews to ensure accuracy

  • Pull recurring and ad-hoc HR reports from Workday

  • Support the preparation and tracking of monthly HR metrics, ensuring data accuracy

  • Assist with maintaining HR documentation, templates and training materials

  • Coordinate and support employee engagement activities, including scheduling, logistics, and communication, to help facilitate connection

Employee Support & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for general HR inquiries, providing timely and professional responses or escalating as appropriate

  • Support employee communications related to HR programs, policies and process

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics, including preparation of employment agreements, new hire setup, welcome emails, scheduling and hosting orientation and conducting new hire check-ins

  • Ensure timely completion of all onboarding documentation and tasks

  • Manage offboarding logistics, including coordination with internal stakeholders, documentation, and equipment return

  • Collaboration and Communication: Communicates clearly and works collaboratively with team members and cross-functional partners to support HR processes.

  • Adaptability: Demonstrates flexibility and responsiveness in a changing environment, adjusting priorities as needed to support business and employee needs.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree in human resources or business administration, preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR support, coordination or administrative role

  • Experience with HRIS; Workday preferred

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Salary Range:

The estimated base salary range for this role is USD$49,500.00 - USD$60,500.00 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary based on job-related factors, including work location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant considerations.

Other Compensation (US Only):

This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.

Full time employees will also be eligible for enrollment in a wide range of choices of benefits , including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k) participation (with company match).

Time off (US Only):

The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
