Overview:
Full-Time | $20-$22/hr | The Westin St. Louis | Hospitality
 
Are you a people‑focused professional with a passion for recruiting and workplace culture? Join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator and play a key role in attracting talent, supporting team members, and helping create a positive and engaging work environment. In this role, you’ll spend much of your time supporting recruitment efforts, team member engagement initiatives, and internal communications, while also assisting with day‑to‑day HR operations. Bring your energy, organization, and people skills to help support our team and contribute to a workplace where employees can succeed.
Responsibilities:
  • Support recruiting efforts, including posting positions, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive new hire experience
  • Support team member engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with employee relations matters and help promote a positive work environment
  • Support training initiatives, scheduling, and HR administrative tasks
  • Help communicate and uphold company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR software
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
