Job Description:
The HR Coordinator / Front Desk Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for employees, candidates, and visitors while providing essential administrative support to the Human Resources team. This role splits time between front desk reception duties and HR coordination responsibilities, supporting recruiting, onboarding, processing new hires, training logistics, and various team projects. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Front Desk & Office Support (Approximately 35%)
- Serve as the primary front desk presence, greeting visitors and employees in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage visitor sign-in procedures and maintain front desk security protocols
- Coordinate conference room schedules and ensure rooms are prepared for meetings and training sessions
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area
- Provide general administrative support to the office as needed
Human Resources Coordination (Approximately 65%)
- Coordinate onboarding schedules for new hires, including orientation sessions and first-day logistics
- Partner with recruiting and hiring managers to support interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Process field new hires in Workday
- Order food, supplies, and materials for onboarding, training, and HR events
- Prepare onboarding materials and assist with new hire setup coordination
- Track and maintain HR-related documentation and logs
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned, including process improvements and special projects
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or front desk role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams); HRIS (Workday) experience a plus
- Customer-service mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Other
- Must be able to work 8-hour workdays, Monday through Friday.
- Must be able to pass background screening.
- This position is based on site in Rogers, MN.

Base Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00/hr
