Description

Carlyle Senior Care of Kingstree is currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team! We are looking for a motivated and caring individual who shares in our desire to provide the best long term care possible. Human Resources Coordinator Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain an effective, organized and efficient payroll system to meet the needs of the facility.
  • Verify hours worked and calculate accurate payroll records.
  • Maintain accurate, neat, organized files to ensure prompt retrieval.
  • Review paychecks for accuracy, organize and distribute.
  • Review benefits with employees and submit benefit paperwork.
  • Assist with answering all incoming calls, both internal and external, in a warm, pleasant, and professional manner.
  • Greet all visitors, residents, family members, and employees in a warm and helpful manner.
  • Order and maintain necessary office supplies.
  • Facilitate employee benefits such as insurance, Family Medical Leave, workers compensation, etc.
  • Maintain OSHA records and assist the facility in maintaining OSHA compliance.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Administrator and other department heads.
  • Organize and maintain employee files.
  • May monitor and maintain accounts payable, general ledger and other spreadsheets as assigned.
  •  Observe all facility safety policies and procedures.
  • Observe infection control procedures.
  • Follow Residents Rights policies at all times.
  • Consistently present yourself to work with an appropriate, professional appearance.
  • Consistently work cooperatively with residents, residents’ representatives, facility staff, physicians, consultants, and ancillary service providers.
  • Perform all duties assigned in an effective, cooperative, timely and professional manner
