Position Summary:
The HR Coordinator provides support across Human Resources functions. This role supports leave of absence coordination with a third-party vendor, assists HR Business Partners
with employee relations activities, supports new hire orientation and onboarding, and provides administrative and operational support. Demonstrates sound judgment, maintains
confidentiality, and provides excellent customer service to leaders and employees in support of organizational mission, values, and goals.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
