About this role
The People Operations Coordinator will be entrusted with the task of upholding M Street’s strategy and vision by delivering a positive experience for our team members and guests. Responsible for the administration of day-to-day human resource tasks, the People Operations Coordinator will welcome and onboard new hires, and work with other People Team members to complete projects. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, the People Operations Coordinator will be a crucial member of the People Operations Team and maintain close communication with the concept leaders daily.

Screen and review applications received through multiple platforms. Identify qualified candidates and reach out to schedule interviews

Schedule interviews with candidates and applicable leaders

Send welcome emails and onboarding information to new hires

Assist in the onboarding process for new Team Members

Track and schedule all training and skill outs

Assist with updating training materials

Assist with grading training assessments

Organize and assist with Team Member engagement birthday and anniversary celebrations

Update all acquisition and talent development trackers and scorecards

Maintains all files, electronic and physical, in adherence to record-keeping laws

Makes photocopies; mails, scans and emails documents; and performs other administrative functions.
