Freedom Village is recruiting for Human Resources Generalist. This role is responsible for recruiting new employees and to provide the full Human Resources function to all current employees. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Human Resources Generalist:
- Recruiting, including identifying and attending off-site events and other opportunities.
- On-board new hires, including paperwork, certification/licensure verification, etc.
- Orientation presentation
- Payroll processing
- Assist in Employee Relations activities.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Degree or course work in Human Resources strongly preferred
- Human Resources/Recruiting experience
- Enthusiasm for our employees!
