Job Summary:
As an HR Intern, you�ll provide reliable support to the HR team by performing administrative tasks, assisting with employee records, and supporting hiring and compensation processes. You�ll help ensure our HR policies and procedures run smoothly, contributing to a positive experience for employees across our organization.
This position is ideal for someone who is patient, detail-oriented, and enjoys steady, structured work in a supportive team environment.
Hourly Wage:
$16.00 /hr
Schedule:
Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week. This is a remote position with flexible work hours that can be arranged to accommodate your academic schedule in coordination with your supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with updating and maintaining employee records accurately.
- Assist and gain experience in employee relations investigations.
- Update job descriptions and ensure consistency across company positions.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring or networking events.
- Generate HR reports and provide data analysis as requested.
- Support filing, document organization, and general administrative tasks.
- Follow established HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Other duties as assigned, supporting the HR team as needed.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of working towards attainment of bachelor's degree from four-year College or University majoring in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access various departments of a given location.
