Human Resources Intern 

The Role: 

As 11:11 Systems’ Human Resources (HR) Intern, your primary responsibility will be to assist with various HR technology and data organization projects. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure that employee records, HR databases, and related systems are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant. This role offers valuable exposure to HR systems, data management, and operational best practices in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a college student seeking a degree in Human Resources, or a related field, who aspires to work in HR operations after graduating. 

Responsibilities: 

  • AI in HR Research and Development: Support the exploration and research of applications and test use cases of agentic AI in repeatable HR workflows and processes. 
  • Data Cleanup: Assist in reviewing, updating, and verifying employee records in HR systems (such as HRIS, ATS, etc.) to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Database Management: Help organize and maintain data, identify and correct errors, and ensure that records are in proper order
  • Reporting: Support the HR team in generating reports, tracking progress, and presenting findings on assigned initiatives
  • HR Documentation: Assist in organizing employee files, ensuring they meet compliance standards
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members to complete assigned tasks and contribute to overall HR projects as needed
  • Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values 
  • Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies
  • Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, or a related field, who will be graduating within 3 years from a four-year accredited college or university
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage and organize large amounts of data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Sharepoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.); experience with HRIS systems is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and solid work ethic
  • Must be legally eligible to work without visa sponsorship
