SUMMARY: The Human Resources Intern supports daily HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and process improvement initiatives. This role works closely with the HR team and internal departments to maintain accurate records and enhance the employee experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist with onboarding by preparing new hire documentation and ensuring a smooth process.
- Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and organization.
- Assist with HR reporting and tracking hiring and engagement metrics.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Organize and update HR resources, templates, and documentation.
- Assist with compliance tasks, including file audits and document tracking.
- Support updates to internal platforms such as SharePoint.
- Collaborate with departments on HR-related needs and projects.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Sophomore or Junior preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; HR systems experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

PAY TRANSPARENCY:
The starting salary for this opportunity range is listed. Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility based on company and individual performance, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
