The Human Resource (HR) Intern provides a wide variety of administrative support and services to the OD Directorate. The HR Intern works with Human Resources and Organizational Development team. 

Responsibilities:

• Filing and maintaining employee paperwork and electronic records

• Reformatting and editing HR and OCE documents, BOPs and BOFs

• Working with Department Managers to assist with approval process regarding Departmental Expectations guidelines

• Assists with the creation of employee orientation and onboarding training materials

• Assists in facilitating new hire orientation training and ensuring that materials/resources are accurate

• Assists with managing the Organizational Development (OD) Directorate’s document library by maintaining HR files, company memos, and supporting the upkeep of Human Resource materials on SharePoint

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance

• Must maintain company quality and safety standards

• Ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision

• Maintain composure and competence under stressful situations; demonstrate flexibility and adaptability

• Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization to achieve company goals

• Must have effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills

• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality

• Must maintain a high level of professionalism, business acumen, and excellent customer service skills

Qualifications:

At least 1+ years in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Business Administration

At least 1+ years in Human Resources or Organizational Development

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software, and other general office equipment.

Hybrid with both onsite General Office Setting (no travel) and remote work setting subject to business needs.

Physical Requirements:

• Office / No Travel or Travel:

• Ability to conduct and hear ordinary conversation and telephone communication.

• Must be able to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited to, evenings, weekends, extended work hours and/or extra work hours, sometimes on short notice as required.

• Ability to work under specific time constraints.

• Must be able to sit at desk, in meetings and/or work on a computer for long or extended periods of time.

• Visual and manual acuity for working with computers and equipment.
