Job Description Summary:
Fenwick is excited to offer an internship opportunity in our Human Resources Department. This internship provides exposure to initiatives focused on supporting learning and development efforts, including the use of AI and learning technologies.Job Description:
Interns may assist with conducting AI research for talent development initiatives, testing firm AI tools and pilot programs, and supporting manager trainings through administrative coordination (emails, attendance tracking, Panopto uploads, and key takeaways). Responsibilities may also include assisting with in‑person training logistics, researching learning content for newsletters, maintaining Findwick pages, curating learning templates, attending AI‑related webinars, and filing internal team documents.
This internship will be based in our New York, NY office and offers a hybrid schedule, requiring at least one day on‑site per week in office, with the possibility of additional required in‑office days depending on business and client needs. This role is non-exempt and can be full or part-time and is expected to run through summer 2026.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college degree program
- Interest in human resources, talent development, or learning and development
- Interest in AI, technology, or process improvement
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a professional environment”

The anticipated range for this position is:
$1 - $1,500,000Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
