About this role

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team across a variety of communication, project, and administrative needs. This role is ideal for someone who is curious about the HR field, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to meaningful work that impacts the employee experience. The internship offers hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, the opportunity to build communication, project management, and interpersonal skills, and will include mentorship and guidance from other HR professionals.

· Drafts, edits, and publishes internal HR communications (emails, newsletters, announcements, updates).

· Supports the development of employee-facing materials such as guides, FAQs, and onboarding content.

· Assists with maintaining consistent messaging and tone across HR channels.

· Contributes to ongoing HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, process improvements, and policy updates.

· Conducts research, gathers data, and prepares summaries or presentations for HR projects.

· Helps coordinate logistics for HR events, trainings, and meetings.

· Assists with day-to-day administrative tasks including document organization, scheduling, and data entry.

· Supports onboarding and offboarding processes as needed.

· Helps maintain HR systems, files, and records with accuracy and confidentiality.

· Provides ad hoc support to HR team members based on department priorities.

· Performs other administrative tasks as assigned by the VP, Human Resources.
