POSITION SUMMARY: The HR Intern will primarily support the Corporate Trainer in coordinating and delivering training programs for employees across the organization. This role provides hands-on experience in training administration, employee onboarding, and HR operational support within a nonprofit environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Corporate Trainer in preparing training materials, presentations, and handouts.
  • Coordinate scheduling of training sessions, including sending invites and tracking attendance.
  • Help facilitate onboarding sessions and other employee development programs.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of training records and documentation.
  • Assist with tracking training completion and reporting outcomes to HR leadership.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
  • Assist with other HR projects and tasks as needed.
