Are you looking to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Our team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Summer Intern to support key HR initiatives and daily operations at our Blythewood, South Carolina facility. This is a great opportunity to build foundational HR skills while working alongside experienced professionals who support both plant operations and leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding, including scheduling interviews and preparing new hire materials
- Support employee engagement activities and plant communications
- Help maintain personnel files
- Partner with HR team members on training coordination and tracking
- Assist with attendance tracking, reporting, and audits
- Participate in continuous improvement projects related to HR processes
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Interest in manufacturing, operations, or plant HR

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Work Environment
- On-site role in a manufacturing plant environment
- Combination of office and production floor exposure
- Must be able to comply with all plant safety requirements
