You will draft, edit, and maintain job descriptions across the organization, partnering with HR Business Partners to ensure roles are accurate, compliant, and reflective of current responsibilities. In addition, you will coordinate the organization of HR documentation, contribute to audit and compliance activities, and create and track DocuSign forms.

Your role will also include contributing to employee engagement and learning programs by supporting event coordination, preparing materials, and participating in event setup and teardown. You will also play a role in benefits and wellness initiatives by conducting vendor research, reviewing proposals, and supporting evaluations for wellness and Employee Assistance Program offerings.

While you will be the only HR Intern, you are encouraged to connect and network with other interns across the organization and participate in intern events and community activities.
