This is an in person internship where you will gain hands-on experience in an office setting! The HR Intern supports the Human Resources team by assisting with day-to-day HR operations while gaining hands-on exposure to employee experience, learning and development, and internal processes. This role also plays a key part in creating short, easy-to-follow “how-to” training videos that help associates navigate basic technology tools and HR processes, contributing to a more informed and confident workforce.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
HR Support & Operations
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including document management, data entry, and HR system updates
- Help coordinate training sessions, meetings, and internal communications
- Assist with HR projects related to associate engagement, compliance, and process improvement
- Help with facility operations and ensure breakrooms are fully stocked
- Respond to basic associate inquiries and route questions to appropriate HR team members
- Support planning for Summer Company Meeting initiatives
Training & Video Content
- Create short, easy-to-follow “how-to” training videos on basic technology and HR processes (e.g., UKG navigation, performance management, benefits enrollment, internal tools)
- Partner with HR and IT team members to identify training needs and prioritize content
- Draft simple scripts and step-by-step guides to accompany video content
- Record, edit, and publish videos using approved tools and platforms
- Maintain and organize a library of training videos and learning resources
- Continuously improve content based on employee feedback and usage metrics

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Instructional Design, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with HR, IT, and other teams
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Accepts change with a positive attitude
- Self-directed, motivated and goal oriented
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems and tools
- Experience or interest in creating short-form video content (school projects, social media, etc.)
OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
Our highly engaged internship program allows you to focus on projects related to Information Technology that will help prepare you for your career. You’ll also get to collaborate and get to know interns in other functions to gain key business skills and help you succeed in the corporate world. As a capstone to the internship program, you will have the opportunity to present your summer experience and projects to our executive leadership team.
This is a PAID internship. Interns will work a 40 hour work-week at $18/hour.
