Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative and project-based tasks across multiple HR functions, including HRIS, Training & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Benefits & Wellness.
- Support data entry, audits, reporting, and documentation within HR systems and trackers.
- Help maintain organized employee records, training materials, process documents, and internal resources.
- Assist with onboarding, orientation preparation, interview scheduling, and candidate communications as needed.
- Support training initiatives through material preparation, learning assignments, attendance tracking, and follow-up communications.
- Assist with research and preparation related to employee programs, engagement initiatives, and wellness activities.
- Partner with HR team members on special projects related to talent, development, employee experience, and process improvement.
- Help gather, organize, and format information such as role requirements, skills, competencies, and development resources when requested.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Contribute to team goals by providing reliable administrative and operational support.
- Attend team meetings, take notes, track action items, and assist with follow-up tasks.
- In office scheduling requirements are determined by your supervisor and are subject to change at any time.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited post-secondary education program in one of the following majors of study: Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development.
- A proven collaborator with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Someone who is results oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite a plus.
