Job Summary:
In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with HR technology, supporting system updates, maintaining data accuracy, and assisting with process improvements that impact employees across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support HRIS data entry, maintenance, and audits
- Assist with system updates, testing, and process documentation
- Help ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR platforms
- Run reports and analyze HR data to support business decisions
- Partner with HR and IT teams on system-related projects and improvements
- Assist in troubleshooting system issues and user inquiries
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to HR systems and workflows
What you need to be successful:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong interested in HR systems, data, and analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with HR systems such as UKG
- Exposure to reporting tools or data visualization
- Previous internship or administrative experience
- Rising Senior
