HR Intern (Potential for Full-Time Conversion)

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Intern with strong analytical and data management skills to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources, with the potential to transition into a full-time, permanent role based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and analyze HR data, reports, and metrics
- Assist with employee records management and compliance tracking
- Collaborate with HR team on ongoing projects and process improvements
- Assist in the recruitment process, including coordination of hiring manager calendars and candidate schedules, conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Support new hire onboarding activities, preparing materials, and updating employee files.
- Maintain and update HR databases, personnel records, and documentation in compliance with company policies, acting as a backup to the HR Data and Systems Specialist
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist in planning HR events or training sessions.
- Conduct market or policy research on HR trends and best practices.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas required)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and work across multiple HR systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
