Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the learning and development functions across three industries and the programs that support continued employee development.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources to gain practical experience and develop valuable skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Essential Functions

  • Evaluate Learning and Development programs.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to conduct “Thrive Lights” assessments.
  • Assist in leadership training programs.
  • Participate in the analysis of training program effectiveness.
  • Support the implementation of L&D programs including skill gap development and language learning.
  • Assist in development of training curriculum.
  • Stay up to date with the latest HR processes and learning and development innovations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, or another related field from accredited program
  • Prior experience or coursework in Human Resources / Learning and Development is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of human resources concepts and processes.
  • Familiarity with curriculum development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
