Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the learning and development functions across three industries and the programs that support continued employee development.
This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources to gain practical experience and develop valuable skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Essential Functions
- Evaluate Learning and Development programs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to conduct “Thrive Lights” assessments.
- Assist in leadership training programs.
- Participate in the analysis of training program effectiveness.
- Support the implementation of L&D programs including skill gap development and language learning.
- Assist in development of training curriculum.
- Stay up to date with the latest HR processes and learning and development innovations.

Required Skills & Experience
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, or another related field from accredited program
- Prior experience or coursework in Human Resources / Learning and Development is a plus.
- Basic understanding of human resources concepts and processes.
- Familiarity with curriculum development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
