As a Human Resources Intern with PCB Piezotronics, Inc., you will will gain hands‑on exposure to the entire HR function and have opportunities to contribute across the full HR function — supporting recruitment, employee relations and engagement, benefits and compensation, training and development, payroll and HR operations. You’ll partner with HR teams on day‑to‑day tasks and projects that improve HR processes, reporting, and employee experience.
This internship is for the 2026 summer period, located at our headquarters in Depew, NY. This internship will begin on or around June 1, 2026 and end on or around August 14, 2026.
Key Projects Include:
- Assist the recruitment team with sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling and participating in interviews, refreshing internal and external recruitment materials, and supporting recruitment events.
- Organize training content in the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), update course materials, track completions, and propose improvements to training processes.
- Work with the benefits team to analyze current programs (for example, the tuition reimbursement program), identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement changes.
- Shadow HR Business Partners to learn day‑to‑day responsibilities and provide project support on employee engagement initiatives, compliance tasks, routine audits, policy reviews, leadership training and succession planning.
- Assist in creating HR reports and analytical tools to support data‑driven decisions on hiring, retention, and engagement.
- Conduct research and analyze data to inform decisions and make recommendations in areas of benefit programs, company policies, employee engagement initiatives, and best practices.
- Organize and assist with the updating of company job descriptions.
- Assist with payroll-related tasks, maintain employee records, and perform other HR operations and ad‑hoc projects as needed.
Additional Duties:
- Provides administrative support across the HR team.
- Participates in HR team meetings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Enrolled in bachelor’s/ master's curriculum in Human Resources, or Business
- Experience: Must have good interpersonal and organization skills. Must be service-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality. Accuracy and detail oriented.

This role requires the ability to work in an indoor office and manufacturing environment with low to moderate noise level.
International Traffic in Arms Regulations
This position requires access to “controlled technology” as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730 et. seq.) and “technical data” as defined in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 C.F.R, Chapter 1, Subchapter M).
