As part of our internship program, you will have the opportunity to participate in:
Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist with sourcing candidates and screening resumes
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
- Support onboarding activities
HR Reporting
- Collect and analyze HR data for regular reports
- Help maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare presentations and summaries for management
- Update HR dashboards
Job Description Creation
- Draft and update job descriptions for various roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Ensure job descriptions are compliant and engaging
- Work on Titling project for Claims
AI Experimentation
- Explore Use of AI for HR tasks
- Provide feedback on AI tool effectiveness
- Assist in implementing AI solutions for HR processes
Workplace Investigations Assistance
- Support HR staff in conducting workplace investigations
- Document findings and maintain confidentiality
- Assist with follow-up actions and reporting
Talent Review & Succession Planning Support
- Assist HR Business Partners in organizing and preparing for talent review meetings
- Help gather and analyze employee data to identify high-potential talent and development needs
- Support the documentation and tracking of succession plans
- Prepare materials and reports for talent discussions
Qualifications
- Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree in many majors will be considered with a preference towards Human Resources or Master's degree candidate
- Strong GPA preferred (3.0 required)
- Leadership experience through work or involvement in community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities preferred
- Basic understanding of HR policies and practices
- Strong oral and written communication skills
