This position works closely with the DOTD Undersecretary, executive staff, appointing authorities, State Civil Service, and other internal and external stakeholders. The incumbent also prepares and presents recommendations for consideration by executive leadership and the Standing Committee on Human Resources.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, policy-driven environment; possesses strong analytical and leadership skills; and is comfortable advising executive leadership on complex, sensitive, and high-impact workforce matters.

Applicants with experience in classification and compensation analysis in a Civil Service or public-sector environment are encouraged to apply.
