Nation Security Services LLC is expanding its leadership team with the addition of a sophisticated Human Resources Manager. This specialized role centers entirely on human capital strategy and strict workforce compliance within the private protective services sector. As our primary operational anchor, you will be responsible for building, auditing, and maintaining a top-tier, fully credentialed guard force optimized for high-stakes corporate, commercial, and industrial deployments.
Key Performance Areas

End-to-End Staffing & Candidate Screening: Lead the talent pipeline for armed and unarmed personnel, as well as field leadership, across our Florida markets. Administer intensive pre-employment evaluations, including multi-jurisdictional background verifications,, and substance screenings. Partner with Operations Managers to anticipate scheduling vacancies and scale up recruitment efforts during contract expansions.

Statutory Compliance & License Auditing: Guarantee total alignment with federal, state, and local private protective regulations and employment laws. Oversee the continuous verification of mandatory field credentials including active Florida D and G licenses, alongside specialized entry permits like SIDA or TWIC ensuring files remain perfectly organized for immediate state regulatory reviews.

Workforce Relations & Dispute Mitigation: Serve as the designated corporate investigator for personnel conflicts, operational policy breaches, and field behavior reports. Oversee objective disciplinary pathways and termination processes to insulate the organization from liability, while mentoring field supervisors on progressive counseling and shift accountability.

Compensation & Benefits Stewardship: Manage the collection and validation of field hours, processing payroll through modern corporate architectures (e.g., Paycor) with careful attention to fluctuating contract margins and overtime hours. Direct local leaves of absence (FMLA) and manage complex workplace injury claims resulting from field operations.

Legal Status: United States citizen or national.

Academic Background: Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a parallel field is highly regarded.

Linguistic Capability: Absolute bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken command is a firm requirement).

Systems Proficiency: Advanced competency utilizing enterprise payroll and HRIS tools (such as Paycor or ADP).

Preferred Assets: Valid HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP). Practical familiarity with 24/7 decentralized scheduling, multi-site deployments, or aviation and maritime port security logistics is a major advantage.
