HUMAN RESOURCES/OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for a Human Resources/Office Administrator to join our team at our Smith Metal Products location in Center City, MN.
Responsibilities will include:
• Office and facility equipment supply maintenance
• Manage first impressions of visitors and callers
• Light accounting work such as invoicing, data entry, tracking and reporting
• Sales administration assistance including outbound calls
• Interviewing for entry level hourly positions
• New employee orientation and onboarding
• Maintaining training and personnel files
• Time keeping
• Work comp administration
• Safety program administration
• Facilitating employee ownership committee and activities and other duties as required
Candidates with experience in the following areas preferred:
• HR Generalist background and/or general office administration
• Experience working in Industrial or Manufacturing settings
• ADP payroll/HRIS system
