In this role, you will:
Guide employees through the options of employee leave programs
Serve as the primary point of contact for all leave management and administration. You’ll be the go-to expert providing employees through their options with clarity and compassion while ensuring we stay aligned with regulatory requirements.
Support employees and leaders across the organization
Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance on personnel policies, procedures, and general HR questions. You’ll interact with employees at all levels and help create a positive, supportive HR experience.
Build broad HR skills through hands‑on experience
Partner closely with the HR team and provide backup support in key areas such as hiring, pay, benefits, onboarding, and offboarding. This exposure will help you develop a well‑rounded HR foundation.
Grow into an Advanced HR Role
This position is designed with growth in mind. Once you demonstrate proficiency across core HR functions, you’ll transition into a higher-level HR position — gaining deeper ownership, autonomy, and influence within the HR team.

STATUS
3/4 time (30-39 hours per week)
SCHEDULE
Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Scheduled hours may vary according to work load and department needs.
